Editing
Editing
is the post writing activity that involves
the checking of revised draft for problem
in grammar, punctuation and mechanics
for the matter of style. Editing may
help one to recognize problems if she/
he studies his/ her draft in separate
first paragraph, then for sentence and
finally for works.
Editing
in general sense means becoming sure
that each word, phrase, sentence or
punctuation is clear and correct in
the work. Grammatical errors can create
difficulty in understanding the main
idea and supportive ideas; it will hamper
a coherent and effective transition
of idea.
Therefore,
they should be avoided in order to get
the right meaning. For that the creative
writers usually do editing whatever
they have drafted in the preliminary
writing. Some writers often appoint
other skilled people to edit the preliminary
version of writing so as to get concision,
correctness and clarity in their writing.
This shows how important the act of
editing is.

to Move Others

purpose of writing to move is to fill
the audience with emotion. The writer
does not need to attempt to persuade
his audience because the audiences already
agree in what the writer believes. The
style must be appropriate in writing
to move; otherwise the writer can not
fulfill his purpose so style is linked
